Bob Rasmussen is a co-founder and head of the corporate finance practice of Glenn Rasmussen Fogarty & Hooker, a business law firm that focuses on commercial dispute resolution and corporate financial transactions.  Bob represents public and private businesses in all stages of development in a broad range of corporate matters, but focuses primarily on private financings, recapitalizations, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition transactions.  He is listed in all the prominent peer-review listings of top business lawyers in the State of Florida, including The Best Lawyers in America® (all editions since 1987), Chambers USA, Florida Legal Elite, Florida Super Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (AV Peer Review Rated since 1983), and Who's Who Legal in American Law.  In  2008, Bob was selected by Florida Super Lawyers as one of the top 100 lawyers in Florida and one of the top 50 lawyers in the North Central Gulf Coast region of Florida.

Bob received his undergraduate degree in business administration with honors from The American University and was graduated with high distinction from The University of Iowa College of Law, where he was selected to the Order of the Coif.
