Mr. Hernandez joined M&I Bank in 1998 as a vice president in commercial banking. Most recently, he served as a commercial banking manager in Southeast Wisconsin. Mr. Hernandez has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. This experience includes 15 years in commercial banking.

Mr. Hernandez earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from Marquette University. Mr. Hernandez was actively involved with numerous nonprofits while residing in Wisconsin, and looks forward to becoming involved in the Tampa community. He resides in Lutz with his family.
